How many devices can I have your service running on at the same time?

One subscription can be used on 1 device at a same time. If you use one subscription on multiple devices at the same time, your programs will freeze and your account will be blocked.

I would like to try your digital TV, is it possible?

Yes, we provide the test for 24 hours via our Komplet TV application, just fill out the form and we will activate your account after acceptance. The test is valid as soon as you receive an activation email from us.

I have paid when will my account be activated?

After receiving proof of payment, your account will be activated within a maximum of 6 hours, depending on available staff capacities. You will be informed about the activation by e-mail.

Do you also provide an archive of TV stations?

We provide a 3-day archive (Catch up) on 50 cz and sk stations.

Is it possible to get a discount?

If you pay with one of the cryptocurrencies – BTC, LTC, SOL, there is a 10% discount on the subscription.

For every new person you bring to the site and orders a subscription, you get 10 days free of charge to your subscription (must state your login when ordering). He also gets 5 days to subscribe.
